Once you have customized your order, you can go the cart, preview your entire order and then proceed to check out. Credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

Once we receive your order, process it and are ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with the tracking info for your products.

Oops!! Your product was damaged in transit. Don’t worry, Our replacement policy covers these products damaged during transit. Please send us an email for replacement of damaged products within 14 days of delivery. Make sure, the email includes - Your order number, description and images of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Please note that requests received after 14 days will not be entertained.

You can cancel an order at any time before we start printing your products. Once production starts, we will not be able to cancel the order. Also note that an order cannot be cancelled after the products have shipped.

To cancel an order, you may send us an email with the subject “Cancellation” and include your order number.

You will receive a full refund back on your credit card for the cancelled order.
